I currently work as a Tribe leader and I am responsible for 4 teams in the risk domain at EmbedIT. Our tribe is part of the larger Product Development division and the whole company is also a part of the PPF group. Specifically, my teams deal with areas such as scoring, antifraud, biometrics, collections and related technologies and applications. Some of the applications are in-house development, and we work with external companies such as FICO, Innovatrics, Camunda, and others. I am interested in the technologies in general and I follow related meetups and conferences. I am also into the topic of digitalization and activities such as cesko.digital, Hlídač státu, kverulant etc.
What did Brno give you?
When I left may hometown, Zlín, some 11 years ago, Brno gave me a lot of opportunities in the IT world and in a way, thanks to EmbedIT, a door to the world.
3 things you love about Brno?
It's close to Prague and Vienna. 🙂Ther are lots of smart people who are pushing Brno further, both in and out of the industry.
It offers a great background and options for my family.
