People of Brnoregion Microscopy: Michal Bohátka

How did you become involved with Brnoregion Microscopy?

I recently joined INTEMAC's Business Development team, and one of my first tasks was to take on the role of representative for Brnoregion Microscopy. My speciality is to be a "professional glue", focusing on building new relationships and connecting people.

What activities are you involved in within the community?

I am involved in the Supply Chain Development Action Group. With my eyes and ears open, I try to understand the supply chain needs of electron microscope (EM) manufacturers and bridge gaps between industries. I constantly seek out new suppliers, connecting them with the region's key players.

What benefits does it bring to you?

Many local manufacturing companies are unaware of the transformational potential of INTEMAC. By connecting them with major electron microscope manufacturers, INTEMAC helps them shift from workshop to high-value production. This transition opens doors to global markets, diversifies business offerings, and strengthens the region's industrial competitiveness. Through this approach, INTEMAC becomes a catalyst for innovation and growth, leading to a stronger and more resilient economy.

I enjoy being in the middle of it all, meeting interesting people and unlocking new opportunities for local companies.

Do you have any message for the community?

Whether you want to become a supplier to EM manufacturers or just want to validate your idea, come to INTEMAC and make it happen.
